This tools serves to add CPL to an existing DCP, so as to make subtitling versioning. Every new CPL is a clone of the original CPL (same timing, same information), and adds subtitles.
The existing DCP shall have only one CPL and one reel

The existing DCP shall not be signed... (re-signing a signed DCP is a feature that could be sponsored)

Settings

The Entry Point ("EntryPoint"), the rate ("EditRate"), the Edited Duration ("Duration"), and the duration of the media ("IntrinsicDuration") of the subs will be copied from the info found for the video, inside the CPL
